Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup ranch seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, mix together ranch seasoning and olive oil. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
