12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
Salt, to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Season the chicken with thyme and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
