Description

Chocolatey & Creamy Better Than 6 Cake combines chocolate cake, sweetened condensed milk, fudge, whipped topping, and toffee for a decadent crowd-pleasing dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

1 box chocolate cake mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as required)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup hot fudge sauce

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping

1 cup crushed toffee bars


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan.

2. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

3. Cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes across cake with a fork.

4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake, letting it seep into holes.

5. Spread hot fudge sauce over cake while still slightly warm.

6. Cool completely, then spread whipped topping evenly on top.

7. Sprinkle crushed toffee bars as finishing touch. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Replace fudge with caramel for a twist.

For gluten-free, use a gluten-free cake mix and dairy-free alternatives.

Best served chilled; flavors improve overnight.
