1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 large onion, sliced
2 large bell peppers (any color), sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 packet of fajita seasoning or 1 tablespoon chili powder
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, 5-6 minutes.
