Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Spread the mixture evenly over chicken breasts, coating completely.
4. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
