- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in cooked chicken and half the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
