Aaron

Aaron is a Brooklyn-based chef with Puerto Rican-American roots. He grew up learning the art of flavor from his grandmother’s Bronx kitchen, where sofrito and empanadas told stories of family and tradition. After leaving behind the corporate world, he dedicated himself to cooking full-time. Today, Aaron hosts pop-up dinners across New York and teaches virtual classes, showing home cooks how to bring bold flavors and soulful stories into their everyday meals.

Julia is a chef with French and Italian heritage, raised in a countryside home where seasonal cooking was a way of life. She trained in professional kitchens but draws most of her inspiration from rustic family recipes passed down through generations. Julia’s cooking blends tradition with modern creativity, making simple dishes elegant yet approachable. She has led supper clubs, developed recipes for publications, and loves helping home cooks build confidence through authentic, joyful cooking.
