1 pound beef strips (sirloin or ribeye)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon grated ginger
