Ingredients

  • 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • Salt, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Season the chicken with thyme and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly reduced.

Stir in the cooked angel hair pasta and cooked chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
