Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, casings removed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped bell peppers or mushrooms

Instructions

Place sausage in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 10 minutes.

Add onion, garlic, cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

Cook on low for an additional 10 minutes, or until eggs are set.

Optional: add chopped bell peppers or mushrooms to the mixture and cook for the last 5 minutes.
