Ingredients

  • 400g sausage rolls, cut into small pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • 500ml bechamel sauce
  • 300g grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 450g cream cheese
  • 250ml chopped fresh herbs (such as spinach or parsley)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook sausage in a large skillet until browned, then set aside.

In a separate skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Stir in bechamel sauce until heated through.

Stir in grated cheese until melted. Add cooked sausage, and chop cooked herbs.

Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and top with cream cheese and additional grated cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
