Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Diced Apple
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)

Instructions

1.
In a medium pot, bring the water to a boil.

2.
Add the oats, diced apple, cinnamon, and salt to the pot.

3.
Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.

If desired, stir in the honey before serving.

Storage Tip: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
