Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, and tomato paste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the soup has thickened slightly.
