Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions
