  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 large bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 packet of fajita seasoning or 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas (optional)
  • Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, cilantro, salsa, shredded cheese

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, 5-6 minutes.
