1 pound Smash Beef (80% lean), formed into 4 patties
4 large flour tortillas
2 slices American Cheese
1 can (4.5 oz) diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup finely diced Yellow Onion
1 packet Spicy Taco Seasoning (1 ounce)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 ounces)
