Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads, warmed
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
