Ingredients

1 (28-ounce) package cheese-filled tortellini

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large egg yolks

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to the package instructions.

In a medium bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
