Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup ranch seasoning

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped fresh chives

1/2 cup softened cream cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, softened cream cheese, chopped cilantro, chopped parsley, grated cheddar cheese, and chopped cooked bacon. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

2
Spoon the mixture onto one half of a tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling to create a pinwheel shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

3
Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.

4
Remove the pinwheels from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

5
To store leftovers, let the pinwheels cool completely and then wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warm and crispy.

Storage & Reheating

When storing leftovers, it’s essential to keep the pinwheels tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to prevent drying out. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months and reheat in the oven or microwave until warm and crispy. Simply thaw frozen pinwheels overnight in the refrigerator or reheat frozen pinwheels in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until warm and crispy.
