12 slices of thick-cut smoked bacon

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of pepper

1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Garnishes: chopped fresh parsley, sliced red onions, and lemon wedges
