1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

2 carrots, peeled and sliced

2 potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

4 cups vegetable broth
