Ingredients

1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut into Small Pieces

1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce (Frank’s RedHot)

1/2 Cup Cream Cheese, Softened

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions, for Garnish

1 Tablespoon Blue Cheese Crumbles (Optional)

Tortilla Chips or Crackers, for Serving

Press the ‘Saute’ button on your Instant Pot and cook the chicken until it’s lightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
