Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups creamy peanut butter

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

2 cups Cheerios cereal

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Chopped peanuts (optional)

Directions

Prepare the crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
